Cock Lane. 6-8 Fencing panels on footbridge over Railway line

6-8 panels have been vandalised along this footbridge - this has been an on going problem for a while now and is getting worse. There are gaps which could allow things to be dropped on to the track below. Please inspect urgently and repair. Network Rail have been notified but advised that BCC is responsible. Thank you.
