Awful Holes - A real hazard to motorists

Awful deep holes on this and several other sections of Burkes Road. I hit it today!!!! It is URGENT I cannot believe the condition of Burkes Road. The entire road needs resurfacing. You have to drive on it dodging holes everywhere you look. Dangerous.

  • The street drains at the bottom of Burkes Road are blocked and have been for months. As a result the water runs into Station Road flooding the footpath and local shops. This should be evident if any basis maintenance programme was conducted, but it appears there is none. Most drain areas in the area are also overgrown and full.
