Pavement totally disintegrated outside number 39 Blind Lane.
Reported in the Footpath / pavement problem category anonymously at 14:42, Sun 26 May 2019
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1640385.
The pavement outside number 39 Blind Lane has completely disintegrated. There is now no concrete, just rubble where the pavement used to be. We are concerned that this is a trip hazard. The gentleman who comes past daily in his mobility scooter complains that it doesn’t feel safe anymore. This problem has been here for more than 5 years but has become a lot worse recently.

The pavement is still rubble and still represents a hazard to anyone passing.

Still open, via questionnaire -
The lower end of Blind Lane is now extremely dangerous. Very many of the kerb stones are loose and in some places dislodged. Very large trucks are currently parked on the central reservation, the central mature trees are damaged by the high vehicles. Potentially non authorised work is taking place in one of the houses adjacent to the grass area - the lease stresses that their vehicles should not be parked on any grass areas. The front garden in this residential area is a building yard and an awning has now been erected over a car. Red Kite have taken no action in spite of attempted contact from our County and District Councillor Mike Appleyard. This would not have been allowed in Marlow District, why does the County Council allow it in Bourne End. The wild grass area had to be cut back at this end of the Lane because of continuous damage by cars driving on and across the grass area. In many other places it is a delight.
