A number of TfB barriers were erected pending some kind of works that never occured, and the barriers have been left on site for a number of months, can they be removed?

We have inspected the defect in line with our Highway Safety Inspection Policy, and the defect does not currently meet the criteria for immediate intervention. This enquiry is now closed, but details of the defect will remain on our system and will continue to be inspected in line with our policy. Further updates will not be given on this enquiry.

I am the owner of 18 Forest Way HP13 7jf. I have complained about this before. You have no legal right to enter my land and install this street light. I have checked my deeds and can confirm you have acted illegally. Please contact me to discuss. I will be taking this matter to court and I will be suing.
