Overgrown trees covering traffic lights, need trimming to ensure visibility.

  • Right hand traffic lights when approaching London Road roundabout are almost completely obscured and the left side isn’t visible early because it is on a left hand bend. This light also has a pedestrian crossing phase.

    Needs addressing urgently.

    We have inspected the defect in line with our Highway Safety Inspection Policy, and the defect does not currently meet the criteria for immediate intervention. This enquiry is now closed, but details of the defect will remain on our system and will continue to be inspected in line with our policy. Further updates will not be given on this enquiry.
