Speed bumps through village

The speed bumps from opposite Harroell turning - all the way into long crendon square - both sides of road need attention - edges are crumbling away - the spped bumps are becoming pot holed - the ones around hilltop turning are awful - as is road surface - car feels like is being shaken to bits - even at 20 / 25 mph!!! urgent attention needed.
