The footpath is in a very poor state. It is broken up and is becoming dangerous. Can this be repaired ASAP please?

When will this dangerous stretch of footpath pass the schools be repaired? When somebody injures themselves and sues the council I suppose. Please get a grip. Regards Brian Smith P.S. I reported this in June 2019, it is getting worse now.
