Between the Fire Station and Ring Rd, the bit recently repaired??!!

Disaster, since works earlier this week! Surface falling apart and resembles a farm track and shingle beach. Loose gravel everywhere and bumps.

Surely the drains being at a different height to the road surface is something that should be solved by taking a layer of tarmac off first. That doesn't seem to be the case for this stretch of road so you've created many artificial potholes. How is that going to be resolved ? Surely you can't raise all the drains ??
