A street lighting fault repair team have visited the unit and they have identified that the electricity supply is faulty. Unfortunately, the cables that supply power to this unit are owned by the electricity company for the area and we are unable to carry out repairs to them on their behalf. Electricity companies have up to 28 working days to complete their repairs but it can, on occasion, take longer in some circumstances. We have advised the electricity company of the fault and we will continue to work with them to resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.

Today is Wednesday 17th July 2019 and the street light is still not working, it is coming up to 2 months as this was first reported on the 25th May 2019, it is getting a bit concerning now as we have to park our car next to it and fumble in the dark to get to our front door. Your urgency in the matter will be greatly appreciated.
