Nobody has contacted me about this issue and I consider it far from closed as the considerable vibration and noise continues , when heavy trucks pass the crossing at speed

This answer is not satisfactory, I am sure you would show more concern if it was your home was shaking as much as mine Early in the morning when heavy trucks passing the crossing at speed. Hope you will take full responsibility for any structural damage to my home should it occur.

I've also reported this problem. I'm a neighbour of Martin Nippen and like Martin I have been given the brush off. How can we convey to you the seriousness of this problem? When heavy lorries hit the sweet spot they cause an unbelievable detonation and what is tantamount to a mini earthquake; the ground and our buildings shake, which is already causing some structural damage.. At least send one of your officials or to install a meter or to record noise and vibration.or better still and officials to make personal contact. .
