Numerous pot holes in a range of sizes, the largest being almost a metre in diameter and an inch deep. Driving over this daily will lead to damaged suspension

We have inspected the defect in line with our Highway Safety Inspection Policy, and the defect does not currently meet the criteria for immediate intervention. This enquiry is now closed, but details of the defect will remain on our system and will continue to be inspected in line with our policy. Further updates will not be given on this enquiry.

These potholes are now over 3 inches in depth at their centre. My motorbike now has leaking suspension forks from this which is currently being repaired. If anyone comes off their bike and is injured you will be responsible for compensation and/or small claims court.
