Understandably I am not satisfied with your response. Today during the rain I again had a massive flood at the front of my house as the run off from the road far excedes the drive's drainage capability. Since I have returned from being overseas last Sept I have had to spend the best part of £20,000 to fix damp problems with the house which I consider directly related to this run off. I think anyone witnessing the water build up would agree and the damage has been focussed at the front of the house. I have had to replace all the doorstairs floors, remove the kitchen and have a whole wall stripped and rendered. As the problem was fixed next door and next door but one by raising the curb I consider you have set a precedent that you are now ignoring. I certainly do not wish to have the same damp problems again because you are failing in your duty to remove the cause. We did not have the problem before the road was re-surfaced and effectively raised higher than our lowered entrance curb. Please re-evaluate your decision before this inevitably escalates to a legal matter and me persuing my past and future costs. Thank you
