Reference - 40107013 - promised a response within 10 working days - it's now 20 days. All residents of 105, 107 and 109 demand an update.
You have misrepresented the enquiry - tree roots hitting 107/109 AND growing through telephone wires to 105 AND taking lights from properties.
Your trees. Your promise. Our Council Tax. Our votes.

We are writing to you, to complain about a very large tree outside our property; 107 Walton Drive. The over hanging wires are permanently tangled up in the tree branches and are often ripped off of our neighbouring houses due to this. We are also very concerned at the roots that have encroached, at some considerable length in to our front garden under the pavement, which is very uneven and a trip hazard! Previous attempts to cover up the roots have led to multiple layers of tarmac layed on the pavement, this results in resounding hollow noise and vibration in to our property with the constant passing of pedestrians and vehicles. Something needs to be done to correct these issues that are affecting us and are neighbour's daily lives!
