On approach to roundabout, the first major pothole
Reported in the Pothole category anonymously at 19:56, Mon 8 July 2019
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1689135.
Heading towards Long Crendon there is a pothole that impacted my front driver side wheel. I drove over this on Thursday 4th July and it cause my car to 'track' and resulted in damage to the wishbone of the front drive side wheel to bend. This required replacement and incurred costs of £402.80, for which I am now seeking recovery from Bucks CC for failure to maintain a safe road surface.

This section of road needs urgent attention. We manage Crendon Industrial Park and the patch repairs that have been done to date simply are not up to the job for the use this junction gets. The commercial tenants on the park all pay a lot of Business Rates as do road users in road tax, please ensure the repairs reflect the income the council receives. It is dangerous and this section needs cutting out and resurfacing properly. Thank you in advance.
