Temporary Traffic Lights
Reported in the Traffic lights problem at temporary roadworks category anonymously at 11:08, Wed 10 July 2019
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1691275.
These temporary lights are causing massive traffic problems not only in this area but other areas as drivers attempt to find a way round them. The problem is they are not synchronised with the other nearby lights. Traffic is being held up because other green lights are allowing traffic through that is then blocking access from other green light areas when another light goes red. Broughton Lane, Bedgrove, Richmond Road & New Road all snarled up and queued back as well as on the main Tring Road/Aston Clinton Road. All other side roads in the area are being blocked as 'rat runs' are being sought. This is scheduled for 7 WEEKS!!!!!!!! Absolute carnage and mayhem as very little thought appears to have been given to the impact!!!!!!!!!!!
