Grass verges bordering Loudwater school

The weeds in the area between my driveway (Clavering, Kingsmead Road) and Loudwater school are 5 feet high. These urgently trimming and weed killer treatment to prevent new growth. They are obscuring my view when exiting my property creating a safety issue.

We have inspected the defect in line with our Highway Safety Inspection Policy, and the defect does not currently meet the criteria for immediate intervention. The grass in the area has been cut last week, but the 3 foot area directly adjacent to my border has not been trimmed at all. This requires to be cut with a strimmer. I attach a photo for your information. Can you please advise when your team will return to complete the work? Many thanks
