Tarmac reinstatement has sunk at several points along this stretch. This happened after BT works. Can this be rectified please?

The huge uneven area of road is very obious- it is about half way between leaving the village of westcott and the bend by the farm. It is on the left hand side of the road as you leave the village. It makes a a huge bang when you drive over it and is dangerous if hit at speed
