Dangerous footpath on greenfields.
Reported in the Footpath / pavement problem category anonymously at 20:43, Fri 2 August 2019
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1718207.
Dangerous and uneven footpath serving houses number 12 to 15 greenfields, adstock. My elderley neighbour tripped while walking his dog as this is the only path. It has been unfit for purpose for a few years but is now dangerous to users. Could this please be assessed ASAP before somebody else is injured and legal advice is sort. Thank you.

Today 4 men a 2 large vehicles came to fix ( what I thought , would be ) the reported footpath. To my utter astonishment, a small piece of the path ( actually the best bit of the entire footpath ) had been dug up and re tarmacced. 3 x quarters of this dangerous path was left untouched. I find it absolutely amazing to hear that somebody had actually inspected this , as if they had, they would have seen the uneven drops in the cracked path and would not have sectioned off the best part of the path to be repaired. After a discussion with the work men I was told someone would be out to inspect it AGAIN within the hour, yet I waited 2 without anyone visiting. This path has not had any work done to it in nearly two decade and is DANGEROUS to use. I live at number 14 and have to walk over my front lawn rather than trip up every day on this footpath. Please sort this out and put an end to this farce or I will have no further hesitation in seeking legal action.

This path is still unfit for purpose and I have not yet had any response since I reported that the wrong part of the path had been completed. As you can see on the 2 photos the whole path is unequal and dangerous. Please reply to this ongoing situation.

Still fighting with the council, who are almost impossible to contact directly, to get the whole path renewed.
