Road resurfaced with loose chippings as part of resurfacing , chippings are deep and have not been brushed up where not adhered to the binder layer leaving deep layer of lose chppings dangerous to cyclists

This road resurfacing has not been completed and is dangerous to cyclists and drivers combined with stones thrown up by car tyres and ruts in the loose chippings
