Reported in the Ditch issue category anonymously at 17:41, Monday 5 August 2019

Received by Buckinghamshire County Council moments later

Wrong sub category assigned as there was nothing to cover this issue.

Gully cover broken - Thames Water tell me it is a Council responsibility.
