Photographs attached as I had already taken them prior to telephoning you. The first picture shows footpath/road overhang; the second picture shows overhang by my parking space; the third picture shows overhang into my garden. I look forward to hearing back from you shortly.

Ref Your report dated 14th August 2019. I would like to point out again the problems these trees are causing to my property that do not seem to have been taken into consideration. There are numourous dead branches on these trees that continually fall onto my garden and summerhouse , as well as onto my car. It was particully bad at the weekend with the high winds.I would like to know who will be paying for any damaged that might be caused to my property or car. I am also surprised that the trees and bushes overhanging over the pavement and the road are not going to be addressed. I spoke to someone at W.D.C and I was informed that this is should be a priority for pedestrian and passing car safety

The above report states that the case is closed, yet it then states that "Action Scheduled". Please advise.
Enclosed is another photo of the overgrown trees that hang over the road and pavement. The white car shown causes an obstruction as the overgrown branches & foliage obscure the view for road users. The dead branches continue to fall on my car and property. Please note that there is a Electric Sub-station next to the overgrown trees, which may also be at risk from falling branches etc.

FAO: Karen Smith Customer & Compliance Officer Local Area Technician & Highway Inspectorate Team (Wycombe District) Transport for Buckinghamshire Buckinghamshire County Council
Dear Karen,
Thank you for your informative and factual response.
If I have understood your response correctly, you are saying that such works would not fall within the remit of Transport for Buckinghamshire / Buckinghamshire County Council as your responsibility is limited to the carriageway and footways only, and the parcel of land in question does not fall within the bounds of the maintainable highway. Clearly it is very disappointing to learn this 7 months after I first approached your department regarding this matter.
You have stated that most of the trees and vegetation on the estate fall under the responsibility of Wycombe District Council (and others).
I appreciate you having taken the time to investigate further and to check ownership with the Land Registry. However, I had already done this last year before first contacting Wycombe District Council who told me the matter was the responsibility of Buckinghamshire County Council, which is why the matter was raised with your department in the first place.
Whilst your enquiries appear to indicate that I own the parcel of land in question, my enquiries appear to contradict this. When I purchased the property, my solicitor conducted the normal searches (copy attached separately); the search was initiated by Wycombe District Council and replied to by Buckinghamshire County Council. As you will see from the plan on Page 2 of the attached, the parcel of land in question in clearly NOT within my boundary; the Title Number on Page 3 (BM84290) is the same as the documents you attached to your e-mail. I therefore approached your department to attended to the matter based on this evidence.
Considering the above, it would appear that (after 7 months of waiting) I now need to go back to Wycombe District Council to ask them to fulfil their responsibility to cut back the vegetation and to significantly cut back the trees.
Do you agree and can you contact the appropriate Wycombe District Council department on my behalf to explain the situation and action required, otherwise I’ll be faced with starting the whole process over again through no fault of my own?
Regarding your comments on the white car parked alongside the vegetation, this belongs to a neighbour who I believe refuses to use their allotted parking bay because of damage caused to the vehicle by the overhanging trees.
Yours sincerely,
Mrs Valerie Way
