I wish to report a problem with a large old beech tree on the bank fronting the road below my property. The foliage has been decreasing for the past few years and this summer the majority of the tree has died. Should any branches fall or the tree become unstable the road would be blocked, the adjacent street lamp demolished, the bank would slide to the road and the Thames Water sewerage pipes which run down the bank would be destroyed. Additionally there would be substantial damage to our garden.
The problem was reported 26th July by our neighbour who has not received a response within the notified timescale of 10 days hence our reporting the issue.
Thank you for your report which is currently under review.
We will investigate this and if you have provided an email address, we respond to you within 10 working days.
We will continue to update you by email (if provided) when your report reaches key stages.
