The footpath is in dangerous condition - trip hazard particularly to children who will soon be returning to school. Tree roots have caused damage to the footpath. This has been reported in the passed (approx. 2years ago)

    We have inspected the defect in line with our Highway Safety Inspection Policy, and the defect does not currently meet the criteria for immediate intervention. This enquiry is now closed, but details of the defect will remain on our system and will continue to be inspected in line with our policy. Further updates will not be given on this enquiry.

  • Serious damage to footpath from Boot Lane towards Biggin Field. This is used by school children going to and from school. Soon this will be in the dark and there is no lighting so there is a significant risk of injury
