Outside Avenue Lodge, Stratford Road

Reported in the Footpath / pavement problem category anonymously at 10:58, Thursday 22 August 2019

Received by Buckinghamshire County Council moments later

The Town Council is receiving a number of complaints about the gravel from the Lodge's driveway migrating onto the public footway and causing difficulties for the elderly, and the visually impaired. Some gets into the road and is pinged back by passing vehicles. We have also had complaints about parking outside the gates and overhanging the footway, and parking on the verge, when there is room on their driveway. Could a letter be sent to the occupants asking for - at least - the gravel to be swept back regularly, or a retaining bar be installed at their boundary?
