Steps over embankments beside Hillway, giving access to houses at higher levels (e.g. 31, 33, 35, 37, 39)

These steps are extremely uneven. Older residents have stopped using them as they are also very steep. The Council Refuse Collectors carry wheelie-bins down these steps weekly and often spill or drop litter as a result (this then gets hidden as the area has not been strimmed leading to an additional rat hazard). They really should be upgraded, with both an even step-way, and a diagonal ramp offering access to those less able to use stairs to walk up and down the step roadway. As a minimum the grass beside them should be attended and irregular steps painted white.
