A-355 Kerbside/gutter drain grills - slump in surrounding road surface

Observed 14:50, 23/08/2019 -slump in the road surface surrounding several kerbside/gutter drain grills on the South bound carriageway of the A355 in between the M40 Junction 2 service area traffic lights and Dorney Bottom, adjacent Bower Wood.

This has been reported before, but is reported again because it is getting worse - one of the slumped areas is now extending into the middle of the South bound carriageway.

  • As of 19/09/2019, when I last used this road, the problem not fixed. (Was reported last year . . . and ignored) So if, by chance, you're looking for funds for a new vehicle and contemplating writing-off your old car to get the deposit for a new one, with a third party taking the financial hit ,this is the place to do it.
