The concrete is breaking up where the fibre optic cable has been laid

Reported in the Footpath / pavement problem category anonymously at 20:24, Fri 30 August 2019

Received by Buckinghamshire County Council moments later

The concrete has dropped about 75mm where a fibre optic cable has been laid.

During peak (school) times the pavement and road are very busy and the verge/path are used pupils (and even cars as shown in photos).

There is a significant trip hazard during these times.
