The concrete is breaking up where the fibre optic cable has been laid

The concrete has dropped about 75mm where a fibre optic cable has been laid.
During peak (school) times the pavement and road are very busy and the verge/path are used pupils (and even cars as shown in photos).
There is a significant trip hazard during these times.
