Roadworks on pegasus way
Reported in the Traffic lights problem at temporary roadworks category anonymously at 08:04, Tue 3 September 2019
Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later
There are temporary traffic lights on pegasus way. Traffic joining pegasus way from cotts field is not traffic light controlled. When joining, you cannot see traffic queueing at the left hand signal, which means you don't know whether it is safe to turn left or not. There have been a number of instances where cars have turned left out of cotts field and have met traffic coming the other way. This is dangerous for all involved. I spoke to the person monitoring the traffic lights on site, and he said to contact the council. The traffic joining from cotts field needs to be traffic light controlled, and there needs to be a three way control.
