Between 129 Aston Clinton Rd and the Peugeot Garage. Pair of potholes causing huge vibrations from HGV's
Reported in the Pothole category anonymously at 11:08, Tue 3 September 2019
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1754146.
This has been reported to you multiple times for years. the vibrations are only getting worse and as such damage is being caused to our properties. I have been advised that I need to inform you of the possibility of legal action and also to ask to see the vibration test results. The ones you took to tell me that everything is fine (I dont think you did). The costs of fixing a pothole will be minimal compared to the costs of fixing the foundations of six houses and re-rendering them. I literally don't understand how it is so difficult. Do I need to pay for it myself? Correspondance has all been sent to both David Lidington MP and also a solicitor who will be engaging engineers to prove the issue.

Is there any update on this? we are still unable to sleep, we are still experiencing damage to our property. I shouldn't have to put up with this. I was told by Ray that this would be the first job done when the machine he needs is available but that was months ago. If this is not done within the next few weeks I will have no choice but to resume legal action against you which I don't want to do.
