Further to my earlier email. I have checked my deeds and there has never been permission granted for a street light to be on my land. No permissions where ever granted for BCC to carry out work on my land. I have not been able to use my driveway as a result of the works you have authorized your contractors. I have a strong legal case for compensation as BCC has been using my land for street lights for 40+ years. I would like to be contacted as a matter of urgency by your legal team on 07969140894 as this matter will now be going to court.
