Received by Buckinghamshire County Council moments later

Retaining wall which is being constructed as part of the installation of a new footpath is too high. If backfilled to the full height of this wall the access point for the water meter at 22 could be buried (see photo). It is also unsightly but would be less so if reduced in height.
