The drain is overflowing the water smells horrid and there are white marks on the road where some of the water has dried up. There was a similar problem last year and we were told the problem was from a drain further up the road.

  • Do you know how long this repair will take, what is coming out of the drain (when it hasn't been raining) looks like mushy toilet paper and there are green, brown and cream stains all along the road now. Please can we have any update before it becomes a health hazard? Thank you

    This has been added to our programme of works. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a timescale for this work to be carried out, we work on a priority based risk matrix in line with our Highway Inspection Policy and therefore programme times can change due to priority based working.
