Hello. This is a persistent problem that I report every year. Unusually (uniquely?) there is a drain in the pavement outside our house at 323 Amersham Road, Hazlemere. It gets clogged with leaves, stones, silt, cigarette buts etc and because of the dip in the pavement causes a HUGE puddle - approx 10 feet long and around three inches deep. Each time your chaps clear it they promise to keep an eye on it but during each summer the rubbish / leaves etc go down the drain so come the autumn the huge puddle is created again. People have to walk in the road to avoid it.
