Good afternoon
Over 2months on I still waiting for this to be fixed. I appreciate you are busy but this is now affecting me in regards to muscular damage when putting this kerb back and damage to my car. I am having to drive over this everytime I go onto my drive, most times I park on the road I have no other choice. Its my house that I brought, why should I have to park on the road? I have had a slow puncture repaired I have had a quote for a new tyre etc but BMW doesn't come cheap. My car is 1year old and it's getting damaged. My partner and I are putting this bollard back when it flips out of the hole, we have no choice as it leaves a big gap. There was a cross on it before September so you obviously have been aware of it for months. Please come to fix it ASAP.
Also we have had no street lights for 18months. Can you please note this tooonehas been replaced but doesn't work. My neighbour has reported this for 18months.
