Pavement bricks been dug up and replaced with tarmac

Received by Buckinghamshire County Council moments later

Residents and shops waited years for new pavements in Spittal st Marlow we eventually got them. But parts have since been dug up and the pavements and small brick areas have been filled in with shoddy tarmac please can it be put back to the condition it was before it was dug up...thank you
