Next to the speed bump near to the front door of 9 Pound Lane in Marlow

Reported in the Blocked drain category anonymously at 14:11, Sat 12 October 2019

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council 4 minutes later

You recently closed a report I raised reference number 40106439 with an update that 'the repair of this defect is now complete'. Unfortunately I believe you have not cleared the correct soak away. The one which is still totally blocked with mud and not functioning is next to the speed bump near to the front door of 9 Pound Lane not the one in front of the garage. As explained previously, when there is rain the road floods and this makes it very difficult for us to get in and out of our front door especially with people driving so fast through the water. Please could you unblock this soak away to resolve the problem. People often park on that stretch of road so if you're able to give me a date when you can come I can try to prevent people parking so that you have access. I am very anxious that with the wetter weather now coming we will have numerous problems with the road flooding so would be grateful if you could take some action on this sooner rather than later.
