Bourton Road is victim of continuous flooding adjacent to the entrance to Bourton Park. Your find that there is a drain at the entrance to Broughton Park which ends in the river I historically have the roots clear from his train why I was a county councillor unfortunately it would appear the roots have grown back and the drain is now not acting in conformity to its best possible ability at times of high rainfall if you go back and check the paperwork you’re find Dave Smith why was the area technician had this job placed on the list and it works was completed unfortunately the roots have grown back and the problem has returned in periods of high rainfall unfortunately it is not a great place as many of my constituents children will have to wade through water and it would be quite worrying if they didn’t take the safety where the lollipop gentleman was operating And chose to cross at a different point where there was not a safety person to watch the children across the road I think we can agree on that look forward to you putting a roof cut it down the drain and clearing the new roots which have grown and blocked the drain you check your Maps your find apps into the river from the highway kind regards and in anticipation of your prompt action
