Bells Hill temporary lights on Gerrards Cross Road

Reported in the Traffic lights problem at temporary roadworks category anonymously at 22:45, Monday 14 October 2019

Received by Buckinghamshire County Council moments later

I drove home through these temporary lights at around 9pm tonight and the lights were not working. The weather condition were absolutely awful the rain was heavy and vision was very poor. As it is single traffic because of the lights it was a very dangerous situation and could cause multiple accidents because of the weather. It had looked liked two cars had a head on collision as both were trying to get past in single lane road. I reported it to the non emergency police at 9:17pm. They said they would send out a unit immediately as they had had a few reports of the same incident. However, when my dad got home at 10:30pm he said that no one was there, the lights were still broken and cars were getting stuck trying to both get through a single lane.
