Pedestrian Crossing Lights on London Road near Mr India. These lights were replaced a few months ago and have never worked properly since. I use the crossing twice a day and would say a high percentage of the time the lights do not work the first time you press the button. This morning I have had to press the button 5 times for them to change to be able to cross the road. Each time you press the button, the red lights (at the button) turn on then they go off after about 20-30 seconds but the main lights do not change so you cannot cross so you have to press the button again. As I have already stated I had to press them 5 times this morning so waiting for approx 2 minutes. I would like a reply as to the action you will take as these need amending so they work correctly
