Outside 2 straight bit
Reported in the Kerb damage / issue category anonymously at 17:28, Sun 27 October 2019
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1821285.
The kerb is standing up from the pavement making a trip hazard. Further along the pavement and kerb have subsided causing a puddle and leaves to gather which is slippy for pedestrians. Overall the pavement is subsiding to one side giving an adverse camber which is causing pedestrians (especially wheelchair users and pushchair users and elderly people using walking aids difficulties. This is especially an issue in frosty, icy or snowy weather so please fix before the winter. The issue has been getting worse over about 2 years. Pedestrians have to divert onto the grass verge wearing away the grass. Please fix so that pedestrians can use the pavement.

Re: "We work on a priority based risk matrix"
Please can you provide details of how your "priority based risk matrix" operates and what the priority of the job we are discussing is? I'm sure my neighbours who monitor this service will want to know whether this work has been assigned any priority that will lead to it being carried out (i.e. "at all") rather than it just being on a list.
Thanks for your further help.
