Dear Transport for Buckinghamshire Re: Enquiry Resolved - Enquiry 40114790
Could you please not mark this as resolved until we have agreed a satisfactory conclusion as I will continue to reopen the mater until we have a satisfactory conclusion agreed.
Could you please explain how an instruction to say other wise can be achieved? I will be contacting my MP Steve Baker (Who we have found extremely helpful before in resolving issues) and my local councillor on this matter.
I am shocked as to the approach you have take to my problem caused by your work outside our home.
I am also astounded that when you are spending 10's of thousands of pounds repairing the pavements and kerbs and installing the crossing in my road and you can tell me that there is no money available to alter the 2-3 kerbstones to resolve a problem you have created.
As previously stated I contacted you expecting the response to be no problem this could be done when the pavements outside my house (Which are in a poor state and in need of repair with a puddle 3m x 1m forming when we have rain. next time we have rain I will photographed and raise a fault report agenised this too ) are repaired as others in the road have been!
You are far better placed to resolve this by alterations to the kerb that are needed to safely get into our own drive with our caravan and work van! You have the resources contacts and knowledge that I do not have.
I look forward to a more positive response.
Regards David Hockley
