Deep pothole & drainage issues

I damaged my tyre this morning at 9.30am. Due to heavy rain, and lack of drainage the road was flooded so unable to see the pothole. I have found a cone nearby and placed it in the hole to warn other motorists. Location is Fieldhouse Lane, Marlow, opposite new car park by Travelodge.

    On 8th November you stated these potholes had been repaired. There has been no repairs made to these potholes and I took the attached photos today 20th January
