Sunken paving slab at Pelican crossing

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1833398.
Opposite side from M&S Simply Food. One of the paving slabs has sunk by approx 25mm in one corner and is now a trip hazard. This crossing is frequently used by elderly residents of a nearby care home.

This has been added to our programme of works. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a timescale for this work to be carried out, we work on a priority based risk matrix in line with our Highway Inspection Policy and therefore programme times can change due to priority based working.

There are now two wobbly paving slabs, waiting to trip up the visually impaired people they were supposed to help! The huge irony is that the council are currently causing traffic chaos for a couple of weeks as they upgrade the other pelican crossing about 200m away from this one. Doh!
