Low Railing across river bridge

Reported in the Bollards or railings category anonymously at 09:13, Fri 15 November 2019

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

In my opinion , the railing feels at an inadequate height to prevent persons toppling into river , this has been amplified due to high river level and high flow rate , in my opinion this is a highly dangerous place , and a high barrier should be in place .i would like a professional opinion on this . Many thanks
