Reported in the Blocked drain category anonymously at 19:56, Sat 16 November 2019
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council 4 minutes later
Councils lack of maintenance of trees that need pollarding(height reduced), leads to less sunlight reaching road surface to dry out surface water. Also excess of leaves and no cleaning of kerbside sludge. Know difficult as road used for parking for local grammar school during daytime.
