I support this request. Since the street lights at either end of the path have been replaced by new low-energy lamps with no spill, this path is effectively unlit. Previously this path relied on the spill from the lights at each end.
It requires either a new lamp on the path or spotlights added to the lamps at each end pointing down the path

The repair process has identified that there is a fault with the electricity supply and an order has been issued to the relevant supplier to repair.

Our street lighting crew have attended the fault and found that either the equipment is damaged beyond repair or has reached the end of its serviceable life.
A works order has been raised to replace the asset and this has been placed in a programme of works which will be completed as soon as possible.

I'm not sure you've identified the problem. I don't believe the existing lamps, one at either end of the path, are damaged - they both work - nor have they reached the end of their useful life - they're both new.
The problem is the new lighting doesn't spill as far as the previous lighting did, so the path is now unlit. It requires either different lighting installed or a new light installed in the middle of the path.
