Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

Our policyholder was driving down the road coming up to a cross roads which are controlled by traffic lights. When he got to the cross roads there was no working traffic lights there. He has gone to cross when another driver has approached from the right and they have collided. The front driver side of our insured's car hit the front passenger side of the other car. The police arrived on the scene and have spoken to the council, a representative from the council has come out to the scene and apologised as the junction has been deemed unsafe by the police. A witness has said there have been six accidents there in three days. There wasn't a sign in clear view on approach to the junction.
