Drain outside 15/17 Station Road, Loudwater

Reported in the Blocked drain category anonymously at 09:01, Wed 11 December 2019

Received by Buckinghamshire County Council moments later

Once again I am making a complaint that the drain is blocked outside my property. I have had to have the front window replaced and am now getting damp issues with the front corner of my house. This is due to the fact that every time it rains the water that fills in the road is splashed up the front of my house (please see images from previous blocked drain reports I have posted). I have taken a picture of the blocked drain, so you can see that it is completely blocked and stop coming back to me with feedback it is not blocked enough. It is not acceptable that my children and I have to make a run for it outside of my front gate to not get splashed by the traffic coming past. Please rectify asap. If you are not willing to fix please send me details of who I can escalate this too at the Council as my next step will be to reclaim the cost of the damage that is occurring at my property due to this issue.
