Following my report earlier this year can I draw to your attention the further deterioration in the path outside numbers 12 and 10 Gilbert Scott Road Buckingham. Several areas are now in a poor state with pot holes and loose surface. I reiterate my original concern regarding the number of elderly residents using this path as I recently witnessed an old lady stumble and step in to the road.
